Eclat developed their own custom method for the Contra Pedal, using a smaller caged bearing but stays thicker closer to the crank arm where you need the strength the most. The end result is a super low profile pedal, with an axle built to withstand the force of today's toughest riding.

Now with removable pins on both sides, you can fully customize the grip of the pedal, giving you way more life and grip than a standard nylon pedal.
